   New order lands

   Tablet beeps, ticket prints automatically. Order shows in the New column.

   Accept + prep time

   Tap 10, 15, 20, 30 or 45 min. Customer instantly sees when food will be ready.

   Cooking

   Tap Start cooking. Assign one of your drivers for delivery orders.

   Food is ready

   Pickup / table orders: hand over and tap Collected & paid. Delivery: driver is notified.

   Picked up

   Driver opens their private link, taps I've picked it up. Customer sees 'On the way'.

   Driver collects payment at the door and taps Delivered. Order moves to history.
